Hi! This is PROJECT//ORBIT. We are exploring how to make cost and efficiency data for warehousing operations visibile. We want to equip operational excellence teams with the evidence they need to take process design decisions with confidence.

Based on computer vision, we model the as-is and should-be of inbound, pick-and-pack, outbound, and kitting workflows. To create a companion to the gemba walk, built on hard data instead of gut feel.

From there, we help leaders decide whether to automate a cell or leave it alone, change staffing, adjust layout, or rework the process. And where automation or robotics actually pays back in savings (in hard €).
